"I started gaining my real estate experience and knowledge of the many beach front condos along the Emerald Coast of Florida in 1992 when I walked up to the main office of Abbott Realty in 1992 and applied for a job. After gaining employment I worked for six years in our vacation sales call center. During the offseason, I helped coordinate tours of these featured properties for our call center employees. Abbott had over 3,000 vacation rental units at the time, the largest rental management company by far at that time. During the last two of those six years I was the night shift supervisor. I've heard it all!! Ha! This was before going into real estate sales at Abbott after obtaining my real estate license in 1998 - resulting in 20 plus years of specializing in condos/waterfront property. Inclusive of newer locations built in 2002 or later in Panama City Beach I've physically stepped inside close to 90% of these featured buildings (both on and off beach) at least once, and close to 50% of them more than once."
